Currently there is no reliable way (from our Mini6410 BSP point of view) to let the Mini6410 boot from an SDHC card with a higher capacity than 2 GiB. This is due to a firmware bug in the SoC's ROM. Due to this bug a different sector layout on the SDHC card is required to make it boot directly from this card. But if you have an already working bootloader in the Mini6410's NAND you can use it instead to boot a kernel from the SDHC card which whatever size it has.
