Hmm, it seems once again I must do stronger tests. I will re-try with the 3.10 
and earlier kernel as well. I have now two test cases which should help to 
identify the changes which break and repair this behaviour. Please be patient, 
this will take some days.

I'm a developer! I'm never sure ;)

At least it should be possible to find a fix we can get into one of the next 
3.10 stable releases.
