è Did you replace *some* binaries manually in your root filesystem? I don't replace binaries but I add a directory under /home and a script file in this directory. Is it bad ? è Broken SD card, broken interface between SoC and SD card, broken filesystem (did you filecheck it on your host?), using the BSP generated SD card image for a different SD card (smaller card for example -> bad partition table in this case). How can I filecheck the filesystem on my host. The SD card have the same sizes (4G) and I have copied u-boot, device tree, linux image and file system separately.
