Yes I would but I think an Eclipse tips & tricks section would go as an
OSFlash hosted project. And to get such one has to write the suggestion to
this mailing list (what Scott did).
I think a new page has to be granted by the site admins for a new hosted
project otherwise I wouldn't know where to start writing the section.
