hey david,
i've got a question when generating a swf via swfmill and importing
images via <library> tag. is there an option in swfmill i can pass
to an image like in jsfl :
myImg.allowSmoothing = false;
myImg.compressionType='lossless';
compressionType is implicitly lossless for PNG images, lossy for JPG.
i know nothing about any smoothing going on with images in flash..
alexis' reference only mentions a smoothing flag for the videoobject,
not for anything image-related.

Hi,
when importing an image (gif, png, jpg) via the flash IDE, by default
images are set to allowSmoothing. this sometimes causes them to do
the famous pixelshift, unsharpen etc. In turn you can also import a
png/gif set the compresion type to JPEG for whatever reason while
keeping the alphachannel when provided.
Thats why i wanted to know wether there is an option/tag in swfmill or
not ;). i hope it'S not too confusing.
Regards
David
