Hi to those LocalConnection nerds,
Some months ago i tried to create my own projector by embedding the
activeX flash plugin. after embedding the player it was quite easy to
extend the capabilities with own fscommands.
Because ActiveX is only possible on Windows i tried to use the netscape
plugin but without success. Right now i look at your engangements in
hacking the LocalConnection and i am
questioning myself if it could solve my problems.
I just want to get sure:
* I could create my projecter lets say with Java and SWT ?
* Simply embedd the player with the SWT Browser Component ?
* Use the upcoming LocalConnection Library (.so | .dll) connected via JNI ?
* Extend my projector easily by some lines of Java ?
* And have a nice platform independed Super Projector ? Better and
easier to use than Zinc, SWFStudio and all others ?
The Event handling for FSCommand is a great mess. It should be a easier
handle Events with LocalConnections. Right?
