Sorry, I'm not sure... it looks like your hypothesis may hit it, of something in DokuWiki's implementation not making Google-acceptable pages, but someone else would have noticed this by now elsewhere, too, right...?
check for robots.txt ... i read somewhere, that you can redirect SE.
