I've been using a combination of LuminicBox logger and Powerflasher SOS.
I've stuck the class that I use to mold it all together for download here:

It's working pretty well for me at the moment - the best of both worlds.
Having said that, I do feel like I should check out XRay soon...

Tracing objects and XML into tree rows rocks though!
Very nice to be able to drag it (in PHP or SWFView) to the "quick view"
area to the bottom left of eclipse so that you can just hit the icon and
it opens up nice and large (also a good place for Xray to sit).
