openAMF is pretty robust, I’m using it in a big project right now, the docs are pretty poor but the actual system works very well and I’m very grateful to the developers, I think a .NET port could be fairly easy.

The openamf seems not being actively maintained but I think the latest release is already robust enough. IMPOV the porting from openamf to .net is quite straightforward. You need not change the architecture. IMHO What you need to do is simply the language mapping (which is seamless) and change the servlet into asp.net.
