I know it sounds mad and I can hear the laughs now.
But here is my rational.
Its same flight from Europe, America, or Australia / NZ
Its cheap ( venue, hotels, holiday on the site, beer, etc ).. Oh and the food is great too.
We could even hire an OSFlash island for a few days. How cool would that be!
Plus there is an open source office with the government who I'm sure would help out.
Be it virtual or real I think the idea of an OSFlash conference rocks, and I will attend wherever it is.

That would be great to organize such as "real" conference at some time,
