I'm currently working on a new version of the MXI creator (but progressing slowly though). A new feature will be to add a whole directory at once.
Right now you can add multiple files through drag & drop, but that will not automatically add the correct class path etc.. if that is required. Most apps (including mxi_creator) only allow manual addition of files, which is fine until you want to start including 100 pages of documentation files that are changing all the time. The only thing i have found that comes close is the dreamweaver extension from macromedia for building mxi files.
