You had the best creator out there bro when I used it. Once I learned enough of the MXI tag spec, I was good to go on my own, but using your tool was much faster.
Since you're taking requests, sure: Rlease the mofo on osflash! That way, we can all help. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Muzak" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Rob Bateman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; "Open Source Flash Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, October 01, 2005 5:47 PM Subject: Re: [osflash] need help building an mxp I'm currently working on a new version of the MXI creator (but progressing slowly though). A new feature will be to add a whole directory at once. Right now you can add multiple files through drag & drop, but that will not automatically add the correct class path etc.. if that is required. In case you have other feature requests, I'd love to hear them. You can mail me directly at: [EMAIL PROTECTED] kind regards, Muzak ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rob Bateman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Open Source Flash Mailing List" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, October 01, 2005 9:06 PM Subject: Re: [osflash] need help building an mxp I'm interested to find out what people use for creating mxi files, as i have yet to find a decent automated mxi creator that takes folders and writes all file paths into an mxi file. Most apps (including mxi_creator) only allow manual addition of files, which is fine until you want to start including 100 pages of documentation files that are changing all the time. The only thing i have found that comes close is the dreamweaver extension from macromedia for building mxi files. There you can specify Classes, Components, HelpPanel etc. directories that automatically write all subfolders/files into your mxi, but it's still a bit basic Does anyone know of a better soultion? cheers Rob _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org _______________________________________________ osflash mailing list [email protected] http://osflash.org/mailman/listinfo/osflash_osflash.org
