Agreed. As the saying goes: "There's nothing new under the sun". XUL >> MXML/Flex; XAML, XAMLON etc. JAVA SWING >> Flex Containers; add more here as you see fit ... It's not my intention to hijack this thread but what I'm saying is this: Most of the software tools/tech we're working with in this "day-and-age" are "inspired" in one way or another from a previous tool/tech. These tools/tech just found ways to play nicely without breaking the law, so I guess as long as we're level-headed and respect EULAs and intellectual property laws, most of our OSFlash projects should have no problem with the big MM. uhmm...
