It is wrong. The law is the law. It is written. People like myself have studied this specific area of the law both for defensive and offensive purposes. Hearing from MM what they intend to do is not hearing what the legal situation is. The law is the law regardless of what MM does. And the law and the precedent controling case law is pretty clear.
