You never followed up as to whether you or Macromedia felt that amfphp
or red5 are doing something illegal. This is called FUD. You create
fear without taking a position. A kind of "do this at your own risk"
positioning.

And now to claim full support without clarification on these critical
issues seems a bit  *ahem* disingenuous.
