I have unfortunately been very busy and haven't had time to devote to it. The easiest thing to do would have been to choose a winner and then not use the mascot, which, in my view, would have been a much worse thing to do. However, the lack of updates is unacceptable and for that I can only apologize. As someone who studied graphic design (as well as film/electronic media production), I definitely take the work of illustrators and designers very serious and realize how much work goes into producing something (anything) of any substance. I am going to make an announcement regarding this later today and update the wiki.
