Most PC these days come with .NET 1.1 installed. I suggest you try an
installation of FD first, if it doesn't work, you can go to
http://www.microsoft.com/net/ or Windows Update's optional components for
the .NET 1.1 (not 2.0)

Correct me if I am wrong, I believe MTASC 1.11 comes with FD's installation,
and the configuration of FD shall point to the right MTASC folder. This
makes FD installation less painful compared to most OS projects. No
offense, you can hardly instruct FAMES installation in a breath ... :)

Enjoy!

Subject: Re: [osflash] FlashDevelop: Project build and -mx parameter

What exactly do I need to download and install for a Flashdevelop setup? I
presume I need MTASC if I want to use that to compile plus the latest
Flashdevelop download?
How do I know if I have or need the .Net 1.1 framework? Does the code
completion work out of the box or do I need to do anything to make it work?
Does FD do live error checking like FDT?

Philippe, you talk about an -mx switch fix and a plugin release. What plugin
is this and what does it do? Your forum has several plugins and I do not
know which one you are referring to. Can you tell that I am already
confused? :-)

Stefan
