What's FLASC? FlashIDE + MTASC compiler
In short, it's a Flash IDE panel that provides you with a GUI interface to use the MTASC compiler.

ONE feature that I'm in the middle of that didn't make it is Auto Discovery to refresh a projects class paths - You have an FLA open, you have a project created in FLASC to deal with the already compiled SWF for that FLA, and you can have it auto update the classpaths needed basedd on the assets in your library ;)
