Nicolas,

I've looked at Haxe and I think that it's great.  You've done some amazing work.  However, without a compatible component set, Flex 2 is more appealing for me right now.  I'm sure that this won't always be the case.

I know that there have been discussions about Actionstep being brought to Haxe and I think that a port of ActionStep to Haxe would be a boon to both projects and offer the developer an OS option to Flex 2.0.  I know that this is pretty dependent on the ActionStep team's volunteer efforts though (thank you, thank you, thank you).

Keep up the good work,

Tim

Hi list,

As you know I've been working for some months on MTASC successor's haXe
(http://haxe.org). haXe is now pretty stable and the 1.0 version should
be out soon.

I would like to know which people here are interested in haXe. And if
you're not, please tell why.

If you would like to use haXe but you can't for some reason, please tell
me also so I will try to fix this or propose practical solutions.

If there is some feature(s) you've been dreaming of that would
immediatly turn you into a haXe use, tell it too :)

The goal is to get as much user feeback as possible in order to setup
the plans for the after-1.0.

Best,

Nicolas
