tigris
berliOS
novell forge
OSFlash
google code hosting
RIAforge
etc...

I think every forge has a rigth to exist :)
people will go (or stay) to the forge they feel more comfortable with

for ex:
I don't like sourceforge, too clutered imho, but that's just me,
tons of other people love sourceforge

I can see people hosting some of their flash/flex project on RIAforge,
I don't see the problem with that ???

before OSFlash people were hosting their flash project on other forges right ?
and after OSFlash, you can still host your own project where you want right ?

at worst people will be able to plan mirror of their SVN on different
hosts, which can only be good imho.
