More seriously, I was not trying to talk bad about you. It's just that I
find that RIAForge is ambitious and would have required more team-work
on Adobe side. In my mind, this is typically the kind of project
Developers Relations should manage.

You agreed that at least Aral should have been contacted first, and you
can see the fact that some people feel uneased with the sudden
announcement. When people are trying to build community tools, they
should get the community involved as early as possible, especially when
there is a well-established one such as OSFlash.

I'm not playing the "we versus us" or the "conspiration theory" game. I
can clearly understand how a lot of things can go unnoticed in a big
company such as Adobe. I just wished that instead of feeling offended by
some mails, you would have help both sides to get in touch and have a talk.
