No, the "application" that i wrote (FP9) only reads that binary library and visualizes it. My plan was to export the shapes to SWF (any version) from that app and write a component on top that uses them (any FP version). I don't have such a worldmap component done yet, but it wouldn't be too much work i suppose (and in any case you would at least have the shapes).
