Various versions of the Macromedia Flash authoring environments have been working under WINE for quite awhile: http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?iAppId=23 I know that there has been research, for years, on whether authoring development for Linux provides a return-on-investment for that engineering time, but so far I haven't seen any attempts to sell into the market of Linux users.
