You should be able to find a VPS for much less. 10€/month get you one with 265MB RAM, 15GB HDD, 1TB traffic at HostEurope.de (no English support, though), there are similar offers elsewhere. There even are cheaper ones, but with less RAM. If some friends of yours want to chip in, 50€/month get you a dedicated server at Hetzner.de (with English support, even).
