I only used the scene statistics part of the original submission, which 
basically displays statistics that are already available in osg. I only 
modified the osgViewer::StatsHandler, where the original submission also 
modified the osg::Framestamp, osg::GraphicsContext, osg::GraphicsThread and 
osgViewer::ViewerBase for additional timing.
