I have merged all your changes as is, and checked them in.

Very cool, this is a good tool when doing profiling and to determine bottlenecks. Texture statistics (number, size, memory) might also eventually be a good candidate for addition to the stats display... Perhaps number of shaders too? Some shader statistics seem essential as we're more and more moving to shader-based rendering pipelines.

It's all a question of how to get the info quickly and non-intrusively, I know, but these are very good tools when tuning graphics software. The more concrete information you can tell your artists about what they need to improve in their models/textures/etc., the better.
