Cool! Someone cares ;-) Would you volunteer to add this option to CMAke ? Unfortunately I have no experience in CMakeLists.txt and I would prefer to not learn it on contributions which could easily crash systems of other users.
Now seriously, I am not pushing workaround removal. I have added this workaround, sent bug report and repro code to NVidia and promised I will let comunitiy know when NVidia fixes the bug. So now I have good news and thus I have reverted my changes. If community wants to keep the workaround for longer, its OK by me. Last time Robert decided to keep it a bit longer I suppose he may want to continue this policy. Robert, If you decide to keep the workaround please leave new comment I have added. It may provide information for others interested when and in which drivers bugs were fixed. I'm sorry, but you should not assume that everyone is automatically going to update his driver. It would be better to make this a Cmake option. I guess its good moment to get rid of this workaround. I have not removed it but commented out in case there are others that have not switched to new drivers yet. This way they may revert to former version if really needed. I think we may completely remove the code after few more driver releases.
