No, a vector dose not have a push_front which is needed by the front
inserter.
And if it would have the algorithm would be n^2 ...
Believe me, I did think about that stuff ...
We need to Wojtek's to have a look over the changes to confirm that
back_inserter is fine.
If this holds, this change is great ...
