Thanks for the clarification.

I've just got clarification on the version used by the user who found
the error I reported earlier - it's 2005 SP1 - which is the same as
your report JS...

JS, how do you go about doing this build?  Was it a completely clean
build?  Was their a previous CMakeCache.txt around?

Also are you build 32bit or 64bit?
