Hi Paul,

EXT_draw_instanced is supported on my driver and hardware, and the
OSG's extension mechanism is reporting that it is supported.

What I didn't spot on the console yesterday was that the osg128.png
wasn't being found, if I move into the OpenSceneGraph-Data/Images
directory and run from their the file is found and osgdrawinstanced
renders a grid of rotating quads all textured with the osg logo image
;-)

I've added an Images/ prefix to the entry in the osgdrawinstanced and
this works fine when you don't explicitly set the path to the Images
directory.  I'll now complete the merge of the rest of the submission
and get it checked in.
