HI Brad and Mark,

I've had a look at the different versions of DirectShowTexture.cpp we
have, and now feel that Mark's approach of explicitly setting casting
the type in nullCapEntry local variable is the most clear about what
is being done and meant by the code, so most likely to be maintainable
going forward.  Sometimes long winded wins out, so I've merged Mark's
and checked into svn/trunk.
