Hi Laurens,

thanks a lot for the changes to my code and the X11 implementation. 

While we are at it, do you have any good idea to implement the 
wglResetFrameCountNV and keep wglQueryFrameCountNV and osg::FrameStamp (Frame 
counter) in sync?
