Hi Robert and Csaba,

float osg::getGLVersionNumber() returns always zero on the current trunk
on Radeon cards. I did not tested GLSL version.

Attaching a fix for a bug.
The problem is just in changing:
        return( asciiToFloat( vs.substr( vs.find( " " )+1 ).c_str() ) );
to:
        return( asciiToFloat( versionstring ) );

Previous code was taking end of version string while the version number is on
the beginning, at least on standard OpenGL, unless I am missing something.

Omitting substr leads to the conversion until first non-number character is
found, e.g. "4.1.10524 Compatibility Profile Context" is converted to 4.110524f
. Tested on MSVC 2005 Radeon/GeForce, and Linux Radeon.

I did not changed anything in OpenGL ES code as I do not have the platform
around me for testing.
