I'm curious to hear about your changes.

One thing that I have been contemplating for a while was to introduce a single 
variable
that allows switching between OS X, iOS, and iOS-Simulator; something akin to
OSG_APPLE_TARGET=macosx|ios|iossimulator.

This could then be used to enable/disable the various OpenGL settings and the 
windows system.
