Hi,

sorry for delay, so i made this change because when i used a rgb images for 
creating a osg::Texture2DArray i had a GL_INVALID_VALUE error. 
And i saw that, in rgb plugin internal format was set to 3 or 4. That probably 
fits for glTexture2D  (in comparability profile) but not for glTexImage3D.
This change will fix this issue for future because GL_RGB and GL_RGBA is proper 
internal format in glTexture* function.
