The type of prerender Cameras this submission is focusing on are indeed cameras 
that are not attached to the viewer, but share the same GraphicsContext, like 
the postrender-cameras in help and stats handler, that are used for OSD. The 
current implementation is not capable of capturing information about such 
cameras, because only viewer-related cameras are collected.

We have a CompositeViewer in use, but all views share a texture that is 
prerendered by a common prerender camera (running on the graphicscontext). 

Hope this makes our use a little clearer...
