Hi Renan If it just for display your CSG operation, there are openCSG<http://www.opencsg.org/> If it is for building a eometrey then display it, there are effectively BRL CAD, or OpenCascade <http://www.opencascade.org/>. The best I found is CGAL <http://www.cgal.org/> but it have a double licence like Qt, depending if you do opensource or close source application.
