I've gone through my email archive and found the original submission that had the missing header file, but alas the submission was done with mail tool that inlined the whole submission, argghghg, the subsequent zipped version didn't contain the header. I've just had a bash at extracting what looks to be the header for the flat inlined email, tabbing doesn't look right, but I can't spot any other errors introduced by the mail tool/my editing so hopefully what I have just checked in will work.
