My program crashed on exit every time, on Mac OS X only (OSG 2.2 DMG),
but works reliably on Mac without multi-threading.

export OSG_THREADING=SingleThreaded
mViewer->setThreadingModel( osgViewer::Viewer::SingleThreaded );
