Hi Robert,
I noticed that in the current vpb release (#854) 3 headers are missing
from CMakeLists.txt and thus are not installed.
They are:
vpb/BlockOperation
vpb/ExtrudeVisitor
vpb/HeightFieldMapper
May I submit a corrected CMakeLists.txt to osg-submission ?
