Yes, until very recently, the docs in the VisualStudio directory still referred
to the old build system (hence the 2.2 release shipped with those erroneous
docs). The OpenSceneGraph project has moved to CMake as its build system, so
you will need to download that from http://www.cmake.org/ and generate build
files for Visual Studio using it. Please see the wiki for a complete guide to
build OSG on Windows.
