Hi all -- I just spoke with Don on the phone about this ongoing issue. He is his own ISP. As far as he can tell, andesengineering.com is working fine. He has several associates who are using that server for SW dev, FTP, and HTML and no one is reporting any issues. Nonetheless, obviously something is broken. He asks that, if you're encountering a problem, please contact him directly at burns.don 'at' gmail 'dot' com.
