Hi Robert,
All the components in the software were (and still are as far as I
know) under LGPL licensing, dcmtk is free for commercial use (again
AFAIK), so there should be no licensing or copyright issues. I have no
isues with anybody using any instance of this particular software, you
may mention the company name if you do ever use it in another project,
but that's entirely up to you.
