I have made a number of bug fixes and improvements to VPB since the last 0.9.5 dev release back in January, I believe one of these include a bug with handling the relative paths of the new nested directory structure. I am hoping to make dev releases of the OSG and VPB this week, but still have plenty on my plate so fitting it in isn't easy.
