Tried that, no go. BTW, same thing with osgdem.cpp line 102, and that
one has the vpb:: qualifier.

Check the message I just sent. There's a #define in cpl_config.h (is
that from GDAL's 3rdParty dependencies?) which causes this... Not sure
what to do about it.
