Do you just want to resize images? Do you really need to do it with
OSG?
If all you need to do is resize images from the command line, look at,
for example, ImageMagick. It's a set of command line tools (which are
available for Linux, Windows, etc.) which can do that and much more,
like make thumbnails, automatically apply image-processing to images,
etc. And with just a bit of batch programming / scripting, you can do
lots of things.
