HI CG,

Set the path to the parent directory that contains the plugins. The
OpenScneeGraph-2.x uses osgPlugins-soversion/pluginname.dll to make sure
that it picks up the correct version of plugins for the applications version
of the OSG.  This avoids problems with mixing dll's between versions of the
OSG that might be installed.
