Arggggg.... it looks like I must have missed the actual tag, I have a script that I run to make the releases if I run without options it shows me what it will do when it's run, I use this to double check everything, then I do a second run of the script with a "run" option which actually goes ahead and makes the release - I can only guess that while multi-tasking I missed this essential step. I've down run osg_release run and its go ahead a built the release.
