Hi Rahul, The fusion distance is used to control the computed eye separation when in stereo mode.
This is useful for items like the osgGA::TrackballManipulator or TerrainManipulator so that we you view models with them the fusion distance is set the distance to centre of rotation which in tern means the eye offsets automatically update to ensure the centre of rotation sites on the image plane.
