Hi Robert Thanks for quick reply, its as I expected and understood
Our use case unfortunately will require us to remove the previous level geom. and page it back if require later for various reasons -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Robert Osfield Sent: Thursday, July 03, 2008 11:43 AM To: OpenSceneGraph Users Subject: Re: [osg-users] What happens to the Low-res data of a PagedLod whenthe hi-res data has been paged in ? The low-rest children are always kept around whilst the high res versions of them remain actively used. Once the high res children got out of view they will get removed after the expiry delay and their OpenGL objects will be recycled. The expiry happens from high res levels down to low res levels.
